モブ大学生、家を失う

どうもアキです。

現在、一時帰国中の身です。

やはり、実家はすばらしい！

そして、素晴らしい友達たち！

ビバ日本！！！！

という帰郷を満喫している僕に、

一通の悲報が届きました。

家を失いましたw

正確に言うと、家主に今月いっぱいで契約を破棄されることになりました。

僕にも非はあるのですが、かなり神経質な家主で、

入居後しばらくしてから、あまり良い関係を築けていなかったのですが、

電気をつけっぱなしで僕が日本に来たらしく、それで堪忍袋の尾がキレたらしいです。

(電気をちゃんと消した記憶があるので、追い出すためにでっちあげられた可能性有り。)

以下、メールの原文。 

HI Aki,

Are you currently in Japan or US? We noticed the light in your room has been on for several days... 

As we discussed months ago, our contact ends as of today Nov 1st, 2014. After this, the renting becomes month to month. 

However, due to several past incidents and personal safety concerns (unlocked/opened front doors) and after careful consideration, I've decided not to continue the renting agreement with you. Please consider this email as a 30-day notice and vacate the room on or before Dec 1st, 2014. 

I apologize if this may cause any inconvenience to you. If you need any assistance in looking for new place or have questions regarding to the original signed contract, please let me know.

ということで、帰国後最初のタスクとして新居探しになりそうです。

部屋以上に家主との相性を重視に探したいな、と。

ホームレスは勘弁なので、頑張って探します。
